4. Application Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. TechAscend reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. We use AI-assisted review and human evaluation to assess applications fairly and objectively.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through TechAscend, including but not limited to courses, videos, documentation, and assessments, are the property of TechAscend and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

TechAscend reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our program.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechAscend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
